Reporting a Repair
All repairs that the Society is responsible for should be reported as quickly as possible either by ringing the Repairs Hotline on 0845 6001327, or if you are unable to telephone you can report your repair by letter detailing all the necessary information.
When you report a repair, please be ready to provide the following information:
- The property address
- Your name
- Access arrangements
- A telephone number where you can be conducted
- Full details of the requested repair
The person receiving the repair will tell you when the work should be completed. If an inspection is needed first, you will be told at the time the repair is reported.
How quickly will the job get done?
The priority given to your repair request will depend on how urgent it is. Each job is given a category, which decides how long it should take to complete. Please see your Tenancy Handbook for the guidelines on the categories.
